工作内容

Daily work:

1.Prepare VAT invoice check list and confirm address with customer to arrange courier service

2.Book bank diary & petty cash diary

3.Collect order sheet from CAS team

Weekly work:

1.Admin (include order stationery & commodity, drinking water, check office cleaner and intern's timesheet, arrange courier service,order birthday cake,contact vendor to repair the printer, open the lock, and repair the lamp)

2.Go to Tax Bureau to buy VAT invoice , fill in credit invoice application forms and to apply for the apprpval from Tax officer when customer's VAT invoice is lost.

Monthly work:

1.Prepare Petty Cash Claim Form and all supportings

2.Assist Amy to check staff expense claim form

3.Prepare stamp duty report

b.MS Office – good working knowledge of Excel + PowerPoint

c.Good English skill

d.Must be able to work to deadlines

e.Detail oriented

f.Good communication and coordination skill

g.University accounting degree is preferred

h.1 Years work experience is preferred
