Position: Operation Assistant 

Team:造纸部门（OEC Team）

Address: 上海市普陀区大渡河路（娄山关路至公司提供短驳车）

合同由中智负责签订，长期编制，可续约及转正编

工作描述/ Brief description of service:

1.Develop and maintain Master Data/ files/Contracts

2.Communicate survey with customer via Tel/Mail to track on site services

3.Receives telephone messages, and distributes or deal with incoming order

          Deal will the Order and arrange delivery and ensure its accuracy 

          Coordinate and communicate with customer, sales and finance divisions

          Follow wavier credit issue (from application to delivery)

4. Generate various reports and projects

5. May review correspondence, memos, and reports prepared to assure procedural and typographical accuracy.

6. Assists in the preparation of department reports and projects by gathering standardized information.

7. Others:

          Makes travel arrangements and confirms appointments, as required. 

         Check original invoice for the expense reports in Concur. as required

         Check and follow various requests.

要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1. 本科学历

2. 勤劳肯干，效率高，有上进心, 稳定性好

3. 沟通友善，积极主动，有条理，逻辑思维能力强

4. 英文书面良好，Excel 数据处理能力强
