职能：

1) Goods Receiving 15%

a)According to 3PL’s receiving report, goods receiving in ISIS

b)Release POSM receiving order to 3PL

2) VAS/Promotion orders 15%

a)Update and execute SOP for VAS/promotion (related party: Marketing/Finance/Supply Chain/3PL)

b)Communicate marketing team to understand their requirement (BOM)

c)Communicate 3PL to finish VAS/Promotion on time and track process every day         

3) Inventory Reconciliation 20%

a)Update and execute SOP for inventory reconciliation; (related party: Supply Chain/Finance/3PL)

b)Invenrory reconciliation report by quarter

c)Communictae 3PL to find the reasons and set up rules to prevent

4) Goods control for QA issue 5%

a)Upadte and execute SOP for QA process (related party: Supply Chain/3PL)

b)According to PI’s request, book ISIS and 3PL’s WMS 

c)Release rework or scrap order to 3PL according to PI’s instructions

5) Disposal order 5%

  Update and execute SOP for Disposal process (related party: Supply Chain/Finance/3PL)

                       

6) Distribution freight network management 20%

a) Monitor 3PL from order to cash meet sales target

b) Manage 3PL for distribution frieght meet to KPI target

c) KPI measure  with 3PL and control the delivery ontime and accuracy

7) Dirstibution freight logistics cost control & management 20%

a) Logistics cost control and measure process improvement to reduce overall freight out cost

b) Analysisi freight out logistics cost in different transportation mode

c) Ensure both lead time and cost efficiency

d) Workflow analysis to optimize and shorten lead time.

e) Familiy China distribution network and frieght logistics cost the better.

要求：

1) College degree or above, logistics, warehouse and distribution freight logistics management or related fields; 

2) 3 years of work experience in logistics operations;

3) Very good Excel, PPT skill

4) Familiar with inventory reconciliation skills, freight network management; 

5) To understand the operation of 3PL(3rd part logistics)

6) Strong communication and problems solving skill;

7) Being meticulous and Pressure working spirits.
