职位：Customer Services

上班地点：淞虹路至公司班车

工作时间：9:00-17:30周一-周五

主要负责出口订单，合同先和中智签订, 有机会转客户正编

Main Responsibilities

Customer Master Date

1.    Submit and review the customer master date in system timely; Including the credit limit review;  

2.    Make sure the customer master date in system is accurace;

Order Fulfill

1.    Create the order in system, provide the Order confirmation in time and accuracy;

2.    Monitor and delivery the goods on time,(PO or DN), Provide the schedule to the customer; 

3.    provide the full set of shipping docs email /courier, IN,PL,B/L or AWB or COO is correct from different plant;     

Support BU or sales

1.    Billing on time; Inventory monitor;     

2.    Overdue push and monitor the AR;    

3.    Complain issue; create QNS in System; follow up; issue credit note…

Required Education and Business Experience

Education:   Bachelor degree or above is preferred

Business experience: 

Solid experience on customer service/order fulfillment, from order creation, credit releasing, PO transmit, Delivery, Billing, shipping Documents preparation, courier.

Good communication and to handling customer all kind of issue.

Proactively fix all kind of problem, like system, docs, process. 

Strong logic ,analysis and SAP knowledge is preferred, can study how to release the manual work from daily operation; 

Team work;

Additional Qualifications: 

Good operation of SAP and Excel ; 

Excellent in English / Madarin；

Effective communication skills and presentation skills, Good logic thinking,  Quick learner, Very high sense of service mindset, etc.

- 本科或以上学历，较为丰富的订单客服工作经验，化工行业优先

- 良好的英语书面能力，口语plus

- 希望学习能力强，工作态度积极主动，有责任心

- 优秀的人际沟通能力，能独立并有效地完成工作

- SAP/Excel
