工作内容：

独立完成员工费用报销及供应商付款单据的审核，确保付款符合公司相关规章制度及会计法律法规要求。及时、准确地完成应付账款及其他应付款的SAP系统入账。

具体包括：

1） 部分发票的处理（接收、扫描） - 工作占比20%

2） 审单 – 涉及到常规财务准则的审核 + 公司合规审核。涉及到员工的报销及供应商付款，如果有问题单据需要同业务部门进行沟通。 - 工作占比60%

3） 应付相关账目报表的处理（月度，年度） – 工作占比20%

Work independently to do daily payment verification on employee travel & entertainment, goods and service related transactions, to make sure the compliance of corporate policy and finance regulation. Execute AP & OP accounting posting in ERP accurately and timely.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Do daily scanning of invoice and supporting documents and allocate invoice processing tasks within AP team

Do daily payment verification on employee travel & entertainment, goods and service related transactions. Complete payment verification within specified working days, after receiving physical payment application documents. Stick with compliance of corporate policy and finance regulation.

Execute AP & OP accounting posting in ERP accurately and timely. Finish AP & OP related accounting posting with proper cost element and cost center according to closing schedule, ensure all processing in line with corporate accounting principles and PRC GAAP.

Perform AP reconciliation on monthly basis, complete the MEC/YEC tasks timely.

Keep a good communication with internal users. Help Business Units to solve the issues within scope of accountability. Help internal users have a good understanding on Finance regulations and processing.

Perform other duties as assigned or required.

人员要求：

本科学历，财会相关专业，0.5—2年应付相关财务经验，英语书面必须（系统与邮件为英文版）

财务软件常用，具备SAP系统经验的优先（加分非限定项）

认真仔细，积极肯学，沟通能力良好

Bachelor Degree with Finance or Accounting related.

Expertise in AP accounting matters.

experience in accounting area at MNC is preferred.

Have experience of e-reimbursement and internal control.

SAP or Oracle experience is preferred

Good software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

工作时间：周一至周五9:00-18:00
