Core Responsibilities

?Manage New Product Introduction process (NPI).

1)Review project management status & challenge project management, R&D to make sure product is in line with expectations.

2)Manage process from MS0 business case to sales to customers MS4.

3)Answer all questions during NPI for R&D, production, customers to ensure smooth market introduction and sales performance of the SKU.

?Responsible for product portfolio performance.

1)New SKU creation & deletion.

2)Sales, Margin and profit per product line and SKU.

3)Competitiveness of product portfolio.

?Make sure product documentation is clear and available for sales per product line & SKU.

1)Product book & Specifications.

2)PowerPoint with benefits to support sales.

3)Packaging options.

4)Pricing.

5)Product documentation (CE files, UL files, test reports, qualifications, die-lines).

?Marketing input and output.

1)Competitor benchmarking.

2)Sales trends.

3)Technology trends.

Basic Qualifications

?College degree or above, majored in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

?Minimum 2 years’ in Product Management, Marketing and Sales (latter is a positive extra), in an international context. Experience of North America market is plus.

?B2C and/or B2B marketing experience (both would be preferred).

?Experience in dealing in a multi-national organization and different cultures. Preferably with experience in central- and local positions.

?Proven ability to deliver high quality results in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment. Analytical skills and hands-on mentality.

?Excellent verbal and written communications.

?Standard Mandarin and basic in English.

?Pro-active (self-steering) and strong relationship builder (also with commercial people and customers).

?Experience and/or strong interest with/in Lighting, Retail and Wholesale- and Installer business.

?Ability to understand and anticipate market dynamics.

?Process improvement orientation with strong drive for results & quality.

Team player, detail oriented, hands on resolve issues, self-motivated with dive in attitude; strong confidentiality; with an analytical mindset; highly work enthusiasm; strong principle, strong responsibility.
