工作内容：

跨国德资医药集团因业务增长需求本职能岗位，独立负责医药销售代表等岗位的招聘工作

Work on massive recruitment projects, and provide end-to-end recruitment service mainly for Medical Representative national wise. Including but not limited to phone interview, candidate assessment, hiring manager regular meetings, ensure data accuracy in Taleo.

Support interview arrangement & logistics, references, and ensuring top notch candidate experience.

Collaborate with the different functions to attract, recruit and integrate talents for BI.

Research, collect and conduct analysis of market intelligence of difficult hiring positions or cities.

Consistently aim to deliver a high-touch personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and partner with team to strengthen BI’s employer brand and presence in the industry.

Task to host various on-site job fairs and local networking meet-ups and can represent BI’s employer brand consistently with a high-level of professionalism

人员要求：

2-5年左右招聘经验，包括在猎头公司，或者甲方工作做过招聘工作的，如有医药公司背景为加分项（非必须条件），沟通好、能承受压力、英语书面即可，口语不做要求

Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor degree in Human resources related area is preferred, also open to other field

Language skills & proficiency : Good Command in English both verbal and written

Required professional certificates / licences: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / PPT)

Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):

Over 3 years end to end recruitment experience from either consulting firm or Corp. HR.

Strong Service-Oriented mind-set and influential skills;

Detail oriented with good numerical sense; Good team player with proactive attitude

工作地点：广州天河区冼村路凯华国际中心

工作时间：周一至周五9:00-18:00

参考薪资：税前15-20K，补充医保，员工俱乐部
