职位：Import Merchandiser订单专员

上班地址：上海市普陀区大渡河路

What You Will Do: 

1.   Follow-up the whole process of all import orders and maintain the tracking list.

2.   Ensure the vendor offer the shipping documents for custom clearance correctly and timely and send them to the broker. 

3.   Coordinate with vendor, broker and internal departments such as planning, regulation, R&D to solve the problems during the import process. 

4.   Keep all the documents in file according to the request. 

5.   Finish other tasks assigned by team leader.      

Qualifications: 

1.   Degree in Logistics, Transportation or related field. 

2.   Minimum 1 years of experience required. 

3.   Good Excel skill. 

4.   Good spoken and written English.
