英资医疗器械公司招聘Marketing Event Coordinator

工作地：人民广场

薪资：税前7-10K，会有周末出差

合同与中智一年一签

服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Event coordination provides event management support on all approved meetings and course.

This includes:

1. Participate in and execute the marketing events and marketing commination plan:

i.       Prepare all the compliance application forms and follow the compliance status;

ii.      On-site support and HCP communication

iii.     Payment settlement and documents recording

2. He or She is responsible for MKT and sales communication:

i. Post related marketing event information to sales team and provide related marketing service to sales team to help them achieve sales target;

ii. Manage marketing promotional materials, such as brochure design and branding gimmicks;

iii. In charge of sales sample management process, make sure the sample application process comply with company related policy ;balance the sample cost and budget; forecast sample request with supply chain and monitor related sample ordering process.

3. Assisting Manager on 

coordinating all information and communication with selected supplier / vendor

related event documents application process and documents filing

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Be able to travel domestically upon the training event needs. (Weekend travel more)

College degree.Major in English or Marketing related profession required

Capable to  English email communication, basic English oral communication, CET-6 or above

Experience in travel agency(work experience in customer travel operation / arrangement) is an advantage

Efficiency in Office related skill

The successful candidate should be self-motivated, able to work consistently maintaining & meeting deadlines

A team player, hard-working, proactive, patient, presentable
