职位描述

职责:

As an Administrative Assistant/Client Services Assistant, you will use your skills to:

Provide high-quality administrative support for assigned principals and/or directors and/or partners, possibly including (25%):

o telephone support

o calendaring/meeting scheduling

o correspondence development, drafting memos and slides as required

o travel arrangements

o time sheets and expense reports

o file maintenance

o mail distribution

o logistics of ventures and related client meetings

o backup support when other team members are out of the office


Provide high-quality support for office events and client meetings, duties to include (70%):

o partnering with the Business Services Manager and/or Office Services Assistant to prepare the office for an event or client meeting

o partnering with the Business Services Manager and/or designated EA/AA to coordinate operations and content logistics for office event or client meeting

o greeting the guests or clients and providing concierge type service

o managing registration when necessary

o assisting in keeping the office in good working condition; clean and safe


Other responsibilities (5%):

o general office duties including, but not limited to, Receptionist and Office Services Assistant backup

o slide, proposal, and/or other document generation

o proofreading and editing

o copying and preparation of packages for FedEx or courier

o special projects as assigned


Activities may vary depending on the individuals supported and the existing workload. Support assignments may change at any time.


要求:

As an Administrative Assistant/Client Services Assistant, you will need:

Computer Skills:

o working knowledge of PC environment, Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel


Service Orientation:

o candidates must exhibit a high degree of service orientation in responding to all customer requests, both internal and external


Organization/Versatility/Time Management:

o must be able to organize, multi-task, and prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines

o must be able to achieve maximum time effectiveness, eliminating tasks that contribute the least to the goals of the team and office and concentrating on tasks that will most enhance the business


Communication Skills:

o must excel in effective and positive communications (both spoken and written ability), demonstrating confidence and clarity of thought


Teamwork:

o must be able to work well as part of a team, as well as on independent projects

o must focus on contribution to overall office goals and BCG DV team

o must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to develop

o Must be flexible to work overtime when needed


Achievement/Reliability:

o must demonstrate an ability to consistently and dependably achieve bottom-line results with regard to services provided to the office and the consulting staff


As an Administrative Assistant/Client Services Assistant, we are looking for someone with:

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

2-3 years’ related experience

Prior Administrative Assistance experience strongly preferred
