岗位：500强美资制药公司-法务助理（浦东张江）

工作地点：上海市纳贤路60号腾飞莲花商务园

上/下班时间：9:00-18:00

薪资水平：税前6000-8000左右

职责：

1.Prepare contract drafts and negotiate contracts for clinical trial related activities.

Implement the Legal Division’s investigator functions for Clinical and other internal clients while employing a substantial degree of autonomy.

2.Support AP R&D Counsel in negotiations of complex transactions.

3.Communicate comments regarding contract language and status of agreements to internal clients business partners and external parties.

4.Manage process and workflow of contracts, adapting workflow to dynamics of development programs in assigned therapeutic areas.

5.Review contracting metrics and create summary reports of metrics for internal clients.

6.Make recommendations on process improvement for the contracting function using trend analyses, metrics and other available quantitative and qualitative data.

7.Utilize advanced MS Office software skills to prepare power-point presentations, legal agreements, memos and other correspondence.

8.Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems; classify, sort and file correspondence, contracts and other documents. Open, sort, prioritize, and distribute mail.

9.Arrange meetings and conferences and anticipate, prepare and compile agenda and materials for conferences and meetings on own initiative and may take meeting minutes. Schedule appointments, and complete the business trip's arrangements for AP R&D Counsel, including itinerary, ticket, hotel and transportation, business trip expenses claiming, etc.

10.Coordinate with translation agencies for translation work.
