英资医疗器械公司 招聘项目助理1名

薪资：税前8-10K

合同与中智先签6个月，短期职位

服务地点/Address: 西藏中路168号都市总部大楼

服务描述/ Brief description of service:

1.Support the project team on the meeting logistics, e.g. VISA, travel arrangement, meeting room reservations, meals, etc.

2.Coordinate the project planning and meeting agenda between regional and local project team members

3.Maintain the project document filing and coordinate the approval and sign-off

4.Track the local project spending and provide a monthly update to the project manager and cost center owner

5.Laise with external suppliers for the project

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Bachelor degree and above.

Be capable of communicating effectively, influence key stakeholders

Be able to establish good working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills

Be near fluent in English and speak Chinese fluently

Previous project admistrative experience is preferable
