Position Summary 职务概述:

Provide sales related data to all team ,cross functional coordination ; provide timely and efficient support to sales team

Key Responsibility：

1）Sales data collection, preparation, reporting and analyzing 销售数据整理，制作销售报表

Collect daily /weekly sales report from stores and reconcile to POS data 收集店铺日/周销售报表与POS数据核对

Prepare various monthly sales reports and target tracking准备月销售报表，跟踪销售指标

Sales data analysis in multi-division 多维度的销售数据分析

Sales forecast follow up(RS&NS)销售预测跟踪

2）Counter Operation 订单处理

PO &payment ,reconcile work with finance 与财务核对订单和付款信息

SAP/ POS system operation SAP/POS系统操作

Payment slip random check 付款单随机检查

3）SOP Execution SOP工作流程执行

oMaintain and update SOP and the execution follow up and summary 维护和更新SOP工作流程

oSOP evaluation and incentive/bonus calculation 销售奖金计算

4）Admin 行政事务

Sales admin support(filing/delivery/daily support) 销售行政支持（文档管理/邮件收发等）

Customer benefit allocate 客户福利分配

Cross functional coordination 跨部门协作

Sales  meeting &regular staff support 销售会议安排/部门同事工作支持

Expectation：

Professional and good in numbers 对数字敏感

Can work under pressure and have the can-do attitude 有良好的抗压能力和工作积极性

Results oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously 结果导向，能同时处理多项任务

Good team player with pleasant personality and good communication skills 良好的团队合作意识，沟通能力好

Qualifications:

College graduate 大专学历

Languages: Fluent English is preferred 英语能力好优先考虑

Knowledge of MS-Office (Excellent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 熟练运用Excel，Word，PowerPoint等办公软件

Experienced in SAP /order systems is preferred 有SAP系统经验优先考虑

Have similar working experience for 1-3years 1-3年相关工作经验
