服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Verify expense payment request according to company policy in an accuracy and timely manner. 根据公司政策规定进行相应报销费用的审核

Time booking and payment proposal initiate with valid invoices, contracts, quotations etc and to meet compliance requirement. 根据要求开具相应增税发票

Month end closing and responsible for AP relevant reports preparation; 做好月度关帐等相应报表

Monitor payment progress and status, responsible for AP related inquiry from internal and external parties; 负责内外部相应付款操作

VAT invoices verify & reconciliation. 增税发票核对

Assist finance manager to streamline the AP process.协助财务经理做好AP岗位流程化操作

Fulfill other tasks assigned by Line Manager.完成直线经理交付的其他工作内容

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Bachelor degree with related major;本科学历

At least 2 years’ AP-related experiences;1-2财务工作经验

Be able to work independent as a team player;

Sound communication skills both in Mandarin and English;良好的沟通能力（无需英语）

Be proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).良好的office软件应用能力

Attention to detail with a focus on quality; deadline and result driven.工作细致负责
