-Daily Incoming call

-Weekly inventory update

-Manual order placement & follow up

-Order ETA check (Make to order &Buffer buy)

-Official process announcement

-Account &STA open

-Contract Scan copy&send

-Sample Management

Reporting: 30%

-Special channel biweekly report consolidation

-Specialty, Ecom and HW Weekly /Monthly sale through report consolidation and tracking

-Specialty channel monthly sell out ratio & Inventory consolidation

-Specialty channel monthly L2 data check and upload

-Specialty channel monthly competitor report

Team admin coordination: 25%

1) POS Tracking & Application process follow up

2) Team members admin work coordination

3) Department head admin work handle (Travel, T&E, calendar mgmt, etc)

Requirement

1)Relevant working experience in sales team with reporting and data Support

2)Plans and organizes multiple tasks and activities (organizing ability, agenda managing)

3)Uses technical knowledge and experience (MS Office products including Excel especially)

4)Integrates into sales team and across organization with good communication skills

5)Adapts to new and changing demands and situations

6)Execution with efficiency and accuracy

7)English Fluency required
