岗位：Commercial Assistant（闵行）

工作地点：上海闵行莘庄工业区金都路

薪资：税前8000~10000元/月

福利待遇：提供市区多条班车线路；饭贴（17元/天，按照当月工作日天数，转入索迪斯就餐卡）；

职责：

1、General and administrative support to ACMs

2、Communicate, service and support sales and marketing team

3、Respond to customer inquiries

3、Calculate price and provide quotation to sales

4、Responsible for weekly project list searching, organizing and printout

5、Generate regular sales reports

6、Prepare/maintain SSDB/SAP data systems

7、Prepare quarterly report which include Vitality Report (adoption notice list) and Total Adoption and Discontinuation Value

8、Responsible for request of sample oils and illustration samples from creation or application lab and arrange to send to the clients

9、Apply for customer codes

10、Handle phone call from clients

11、Provide regular reports to sales

12、Act as a super user of iCam/SAP system, data entry and maintenance, central filing

13、Coordinate and arrange special events and/or local, zonal and global meeting

要求：

1、具有本科及以上学历；

2、具有1-3年相关工作经验；

3、具有良好的英语口头和书面技能；

4、熟练使用Office办公软件；

5、沟通能力强，学习速度快，有团队精神
