Basic Purpose of the Position*

岗位的基本目标*

Work independently to do daily verification on employee travel & entertainment reimbursement and vendor payment, to make sure the compliance of corporate policy and finance regulation. Execute AP & OP accounting posting in ERP timely and accurately.

独立完成员工费用报销及供应商付款单据的审核，确保付款符合公司相关规章制度及会计法律法规要求。及时、准确地完成应付账款及其他应付款的ERP系统入账。

Keep a good communication with internal users

与内部用户及相关部门同事保持良好的沟通

Perform other duties as assigned or required

完成上级分配布置的其他工作任务

Complete payment verification within specified working days, after receiving physical payment application documents. Stick with compliance of corporate policy and finance regulation.

收到单据后在规定的时间内完成审核，确保付款符合公司相关规章制度及会计法律法规要求

Finish AP & OP related accounting posting according to closing schedule, ensure all processing in line with corporate accounting principles and PRC GAAP.

月底根据结账安排完成应付账款及其他应付款的系统入账，确保入账符合公司财务规章制度及中国会计准则的要求

Provide Finance support to Business Units employees, helping internal users have a good understanding on Finance regulations and processing.

向业务部门同事提供支持，帮助业务部门同事了解财务规章制度及财务相关流程

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

At least 2 years’ experience in AP role

两年及以上应付账款会计工作经验

Have experience of reimbursement experience and internal control

有员工报销及内部控制相关经验

Have SAP experience and good software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

有SAP系统经验，熟悉基本办公系统软件

Be able to communicate in English effectively both written and verbally

能用英语进行书面及口头的有效沟通

Be inflexible, positive, result-driven and self-motivated
