工作地点：上海市南京西路1168号中信泰富广场

上/下班时间：9:00-18:00

薪资水平：税前8000-10000左右

职责：

-This role is responsible for coordinating with other HR teams/colleagues to provide a full range of HR Operations support to Pfizer Upjohn Shanghai-based global leaders on management of HR operations related work (HR on Demand/Workday, Tax and benefits administration, HR Process & Policy, relocation, etc.).

Collaborate with Pfizer HR team/colleagues to provide HR Operations support to Pfizer Upjohn Shanghai-based global leaders

Provide support to Shanghai based expats on tax and benefits administration

Ensure adherence to core HR policies and processes in line with global and local compliance standards

Ensure Workday data integrity and accuracy for Pfizer Upjohn Shanghai-based global leaders

Partner with HRBT for technology requests from the Pfizer Upjohn shanghai office.

Responsible for working with global mobility team to support the relocation of Pfizer Upjohn expats to China

Act as HR Operations focal for the Pfizer Upjohn Shanghai-based leaders

要求：

1、本科及以上，有3-4年相关工作经验优先

2、精通英语口语表达及书写

3、工作认真、仔细、细致

4、积极主动的工作态度
