上/下班时间：9:00-18:00

薪资水平：税前8000-10000左右

职责：

This person will be a critical partner to support HR lead in managing various people and organizational matters for Upjohn Enabling Function LT leaders and their leadership teams.

1、Understand short to long term priorities of each enabling function of Upjohn

2、Proactively support each function lead to fill the vacancies with best talent possible

3、Consult with leaders and help to build governance structure

4、Leverage resources to conduct team effectiveness workshops as needed

5、Proactively work with leaders to build up talent development and retention framework and leverage resources to execute

6、Work closely with leaders to drive the culture practice in each function

要求：

1、5+ years of experiences as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner

2、Fluent in English and Mandarin

3、Consulting background preferred

4、Good analytical and problem solving sk
