Position: Sales Admin / Team Coordinator

Address: 浦东新区世纪大道1198号世纪汇一座

工作描述/ Brief description of service:

Provide business administrative supports to make sure routine operation smoothly.

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

1. Support Distribution team members’ work schedule smoothly by facilitating with all stakeholders.

2. Coordinate team meetings and other administrative activities (propose agenda & venue, track progress on actions, take minutes)

3. Make arrangements for Key team members and visitors (KOLs) in the area of meeting, events, travel, transportation, hotel arrangement, reimbursement, visa, business card etc.)

4. Communicate both internally and externally to ensure smooth business support and customer satisfaction (town hall meeting, newsletter, visa invitation letter template, announcement releasing etc.)

5. Lead the company specially assigned projects if required

-Stay close to projects where Regional Sales Management is a stakeholder and hold people accountable for delivery of actions

-Prepare and consolidate business reports including presentations for Regional Sales Management (especially for sales trend, cost analysis and follow up the execution of FF, etc.)


Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

1) Bachelor degree or above.

2) At least 2-year experience in business and administration support.

3) Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

4) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint


Additional Preferences:

1)Good project management and time management skills

2) Able to work independently.

3) Able to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines.

4) Effective & timely administrative support

5) Familiar with activities process requirement as well as company internal application process

Other Information:

1. Travel: Occasional trips to activities needed

2. Location: Shanghai
