服务描述：

OBJECTIVE:

The Transactional Buyer is a member of the Global Procurement Operation in a region and is responsible for delivering the end-to-end transactional procurement process in an effective way, with a focus on cycle time. In doing this, they have a wide range of responsibilities including catalogue creation and maintenance, supplier onboarding, handling and maintenance of purchasing documentation, and data preparation. Most importantly for internal customer service, they will be responsible for rapid and effective issue resolution as it relates to the transactional procurement process and will be required to work with end-users and to deliver a high quality service within a defined service level agreement (i.e. turnaround time).

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Create purchasing documentation

2.Complete any required handling of purchase orders once created

3.Create and maintain catalogue content

4.Monitor compliance across the procurement elements of the R2P process

5.Perform supplier onboarding and supplier data maintenance

6.Execute the transactional elements of supplier performance management

7.Perform error and exceptions handling as arising from the R2P process

8.Prepare data and metrics report (e.g. spend, saving, transaction volumes, cycle times)

9.Ensure R2P transactional targets and KPIs on customer service are tracked and realized

10.Work with the P&S team to address local P&S issues related to transactional processes

11.Escalate issues to the relevant support group within procurement to speed and aid execution of the transactional procurement process

12.Adapt all global and regional procurement content for local requirements where required.

Required:

Degree level educated, with business related degree preferable

Business level fluency in primary sub-region language

0~3 years operational procurement experience with experience in basic contracting, eSourcing and spot buying

Experience or demonstrated understanding in supporting cost reduction and value improvement programs

Good communication skills and demonstrated understanding of how to translate business requirements into Procurement operations or specifications with best value and customer service in mind

Knowledgeable in systems and processes for efficient management of contract documentation, templates and processing tools (e.g. eSourcing, eAuction) with familiarity and awareness of relevant legal risks and issues

Experience or knowledge of offshore or shared service operating environments

Proficiency in basic MS Office© software and other business systems (Ariba, Emptoris, SAP etc.)

Desired:

Post graduate business related qualification

Documented international strategic sourcing or cost reduction experience

Pharmaceutical Industry experience

Shared service center operational experience
