工作职责

1.Support regional CFO to monitor and evaluate financial process & systems and help

2.implement necessary enhancements to improve efficiency and controls.

3.Partner with business and Finance on monthly management KPI data consolidation and variance reconciliations.

4.Partner with site controllers to collect reviewing data and conduct preliminary evaluation

5.on account reconciliations results, P/L trend and productivity etc.

6.Support CFO to monitor the effectiveness of internal control procedures and coordinate

7.with Corp audit team and site Finance and business team to drive the closure of open audit issues.

8.Provide support to the CFO on the coordination with various internal business

9.consulations needs and external professional bodies such as legal and tax consultations,auditors, land appraisers etc.

10.Conduct business contract review and provide system approval on chop use.

11.Conduct the secondary review of Expense Report approval.

12.Conduct vendor/customer account setup and maintenance approval or any other ad hoc

13.based approval needs.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1.Bachelor on Finance/Accounting.

2.Good at Windows office package like Word, Excel and PPT.

3.4+ years of experiences with accounting, processes and controls.

4.Good business sense and judgment capability to drive a diverse organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach.

5.Independent and can do attitude to work with minimal direction in a matrix reporting environment.

6.Good interpersonal English writing and oral communication skills in a cross cultural environment is preferred.

7.Experience with complex problem solving skill will definitely add mark.
