服务描述/ Brief description of service:

1. Goods import/export handling

1.1 Import Operation

1.1.1 Receive pre-alert from overseas origin

1.1.2 Documents checking and confirmation

1.1.3 Forward documents to clearance broker or forwarders

1.1.4 Communication with clearance broker and forwarders, solve problem on import customer and CIQ related issues

1.2 Export Operation

1.2.1 Export documents preparation, documents check and goods physical spot check

1.2.2 Communication with clearance broker and forwarders, solve problem on import customer and CIQ related issues

2. Domestic goods inbound/outbound operation

2.1 Outbound goods physical spot check

2.2 Communication with courier, solve problem on shipments

3. Logistics providers management and maintain

3.1 Billing check and confirmation with cost center owners

3.2 KPI Statistics

3.3 Organize meeting with providers

3.4 PTR preparation

3.5 Prepare Logistics Forecast to Finance & Purchasing

4. Paper & e-version shipping documents management and maintain

4.1 Documents achieving

4.2 Data entry on all import/export shipments

5. Nostos control

5.1 Spot check and documentation

5.2 Communication between requester and approver

6. Other miscellaneous handing

6.1 Stationary procurement in system

6.2 Itinerancy on customs & CIQ related if any

6.3 Provide data information as per department requirement

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.At least 2 years working experience in import/export related

3.Good English spoken and written skill (CET4 at least)

4.Be good at computer utilization, word, excel, ppt, outlook

5.Good communication skill with people, team spirit

6.Always be serious and responsible for work
