服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Main responsibility
1. Ensure internal corporate systems are up to date
2. Maximizes use of hardware and software by training users; interpreting instructions, answering questions
3. Prepares reference for users by writing operation instructions
4. Manage users and permissions
5. Coordinate in SAP project setting up and running, and be supportive to key users in local to interact with SAP consultant
6. Perform test on new software to ensure no compatibility problems with existing infrastructure
7. be able to interact with our outsourcer T-Systems and work to improve the service
8. Manage the IT facilities and computer accessories
9. Strictly follow guidelines of IT regulations and rules from group and company
10. Other responsibility that allocated by superior

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1. College degree or above
2. Good command of both Speaking and writing English
3. Over 5 years in IT
4. Good command of communication and presentation skill
5. Well understanding in IT and daily business
6. SAP knowledge a plus
7. Strong computer skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Products
8. Ability to handle multiple calls and situations and follow them through to a solution

工作时间：8:00-17:00
工作地点：上海市奉贤区奉浦工业园区肖南路300号（莘庄地铁站南广场有班车）
