服务地点/Address: 北京（先在天津工作预计3个月后转入北京）
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
The Assistant / Associate supports the CTS-I Sales Specialists in the processing of all activities which accrue in the team and works in close cooperation with the specialists.
The Assistant / Associate ensures that the process-relevant legal regulations are complied with and guarantees the observance of time limits. He supports cooperation with all relevant interfaces.
      Support of Sales Specialists in the overall communication with the customer.
      Independent use of all available Commerzbank internal systems (in particular GPP and IBS).
      Assistance to Sales Specialists in preparation of client meetings by compiling internet research on customer and information from internal systems e.g. Value Manager and prepare Terms & Conditions, preparing of presentations.
      Support in customer meetings and help in follow-up (call reports, follow-up tasks, PRISM)
      Administrative work related to Commerzbank’s payments tool GPP.
      Support during the planning phase.
      Documentation of the development of revenues in the unit by use of internal systems.
      Support of the Sales Specialists in complying with and implementing all internal and legal provisions and regulations (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know your Customer (KYC), Compliance, embargo guidelines).
      Independent organization and support in preparation of internal and external events and meetings.
      Support of the CTS-I Local Head

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Several years of comparable professional experience. Banking background is desirable.
