Job Description:
This temporary role for Senior Analyst, Vans Finance will play a key role in the Vans organization to support the financial planning and analysis functions by performing monthly forecast and reporting responsibilities. The Senior Analyst will also partner with the actuals team each month to understand the variances that influence the business. Also, he/she will help drive transparency of the business including areas of Actuals, Forecast and Budgets together with store based analysis and reporting for full price stores, outlets, concessions and e-comm. In addition to improving the standard reporting & analysis capabilities, the analyst will need to be able to independently work across the China market and functions to pull together key financial data for management’s review and action. Additionally, the Senior Analyst should possess the capability to model and analyze new business opportunities, real estate related feasibility and ROI studies, and playing a business partnering role in the organization’s strategic planning and budgeting review processes.
       Provide management with monthly KPI’s and commentary, consolidating data points across the brand and China market
       Serve as the central point of contact for ad-hoc retail focused reporting and analysis, supplementing standard monthly reporting with “next-level” insight-focused financial analysis
       Develop new and improve existing monthly, annual and ad-hoc reports to be provided to management
       Build financial models to identify and analyze new business opportunities across the region
       Assist in preparation of China specific information for the region’s related presentations to senior level executives.

Requirement:
Education / 學歷背景:
o BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA plus;
Experience / 工作經驗:
o Two years+ proven experience in financial analysis in a retail/ luxury related background
o Experience in preparing financial presentations
o Experience and knowledge in several functions within Finance (Budgeting, Consolidation, Performance Reporting and Financial Analysis)
o Experience in apparel or footwear categories a plus
Language / 語言應用:
o 1: English Fluency: Local Level
o 2: Cantonese Fluency: Quite Fluent
o 3: Mandarin Fluency: Quite Fluent

薪资：15-20K/month
