服务地点/Address: 上海市长宁区福泉北路
服务期限/Service period: 1年
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Responsibilities
1. Call handle and create SFDC case on-line, and follow case when needed
2. Place happy call when necessary
3 .Transfer case / create WO for FSE in SFDC and Teams
4. Send quotation to customer when necessary
5. Create parts delivery order in Oracle for FSE requirement as region admin backup
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, trading or a related field
2. Related call center and service admin work experience is preferred.
3. Fluently written and verbal communication skills both Chinese and English
4. Demonstrated ability to organize own work, to work efficiently, productively and independently, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks
5. Be creative, enthusiastic, driving with team-building skills

薪资：税前5.6K，13薪
