职位描述：
美资500强石油公司招聘物流助理1名
工作地点：闵行紫竹园，全市有班车
工作时间：8:00-16:30
薪资：税前5000-6500

职责：
Coordinate activities related to Liquids products storage and custom clearance in East China.
        Oversight and guide TPSP to perform flawless operations that meet company’s Control, Safety, MSTPT, and Ethics requirements.
        Stewardship TPSP performance by monitoring KPI, hosting regular meetings, and conducting on-site assessments
        Interact with TPSP and EM X-functions to ensure effective inventory management, perform related GEMS transaction and offline reporting
        Troubleshoot issues by providing guidance/ instruction to TPSP and engaging EM X-functions to solve the issues
        Verify L&D expenses, check invoices accuracy, and settle payment to TPSP
        Investigate oil gain/loss case, CFB, find root causes and develop solutions
        Timely complete month end closing activities
        Drive operation excellence and continuous improvement both within Supply Chain and EM x-functions
        Initiate or support strategy studies and optimization projects.
        Participate in TPSP service agreement tender process.
        Back up other team members on L&D related activities during their absence

要求：
Good English writing/verbal skill
Sound logic thinking and learning skill
Good at word/excel and SAP knowledge is a plus
Be able to manage challenge and heavy workload in short period of time
Problem solving skill
