职位描述：
职能：
This position, Sales Assistant, is of five interactive core functions. They are Customer Invoice Handling
(CIH), Overdue Payment Tracking (OPT), General Commercial Support (GCS),Total Document
Control (TDC) and Team Operation Assistance (TOA) plus some peripheral business tasks. This is
designed for largely providing assistance to entire team in order to get buisness transaction flow well
connected among customers, internal departments and management team. Thus, it is strongly
required constantly cooperating with people in many aspects through highly effective communications
and precisely efficient coordination. More details are defined in the key result areas below.

要求：
University degree in business, economy or related ones
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in multinational companies,
Better to having taken functions in internal sales, project assistant, sales/marketing assistant etc.
Good presentation fabrication (PPT) and advanced MS Excel skills are strongly required
Fluent in English, written is a must and verbal is a plus.
German bilingual is preferred
Good interpersonal communication & negotiation skills.
