英资贸易公司招聘，合同与中智一年一签

服务描述/ Brief description of service:
- 1. Preparing & posting of invoices, distribution of statements, chasing of payments outstanding and improve related SOP.
- 2. Tax affairs including tax accounting, tax declarationund and tax subsidies.
- 3. Preparing high quality balance sheet reconciliation
- 4. Preparing the daily/weekly flash report, weekly cash flow forecast, weekly AR aging Report, monthly Cognos reports etc.
- 5. Assist the Finance Manager on various analysis reports
6. Provide support on all aspects of the Finance Department when necessary.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
- 1. University graduate
- 2. Minimum 5 year similar position in foreign company is preferred.
- 3. Familiar with Microsoft office software;
- 4. Good at English (specially on writing & speaking)
- 5. Patient & careful
6. Willing to work hard with good team work spirit.
