职能：
a) Loan Administration
Ensures loan administration tasks i.e. control and operational aspects, of approved credit transactions are handled appropriately and efficiently.
Ensures completeness of facility/security documentation and accurate input and maintenance of credit limits, collateral data and loan transactions in the relevant Bank’s systems.
Ensures proper co-ordination and communication with other departments, branches and Head Office with regard to regular and ad hoc reports for Credit, Branch Management, Head Office and external regulator.
Ensures proper implementation and compliance with requirements/procedures/system and controls put in place internally (by the Bank/Head Office) and externally (by Auditors/external regulator).
b) Traded Product Settlement
Settles and supports for traded products including but not limited to FX/MM transactions, derivatives and securities transactions of Corporates and Markets, Treasury and Corporate Banking
Ensure that all transactions are processed, settled and recorded promptly and efficiently in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines as well as any support requests arising from internal and external parties in the scope given by the team-lead.
Provides assistance on day-to-day business, and relief coverage for fellow team member(s) when necessary.

Good knowledge and understanding of corporate/commercial banking products and related facility and security documentation.
Good product knowledge in wide range of financial instruments especially in area of bookings and settlements (such as fixed income instruments, financial derivative products, FX and MM products, structured products)
At least 1 or more years in the banking industry with relevant experience in Loan administration
Knowledge of the appropriate rules and regulations, policies and processes in area of credit and loans
Knowledge of relevant banking systems is an advantage
