职位描述
- Contract management system maintenance.
- Sponsorship (contracted/ non-contracted) application process control and management
- Rebate rates communication and confirmation for new/renewed contract with AR team
- Monthly Vistex rebate accrual check
- Monthly rebate/sponsorship application reconciliation with execution records
- Rebate/Sponsorship execution documentation
- Pricing playbook data collection and consolidation
- Sales data requests
- Ad-Hoc

任职要求：
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2-3 years working experience in commercial operations functions and in business oriented multinational environment
- Strong communication skills and strong team working spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude
- Responsible, self-motivated, capable of fulfilling the duties under pressures and time limitation
- Be fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
