服务内容/Position: Accountant (AR,AP)

服务期限/Service period: 7个月
1- System sales invoice review, VAT invoice issue and reconciliation to system;
2- AR cash collection by proactive communication with sales and customers;
3- AR cash receipt application in Oracle; Issue AR statement & invoices to customer
4- AR visual management board maintenance;
5- MRO payment request review
6- MRO payment process and accounting book
7- Others assigned by FP&A Manager

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Bachelor degree, major in accounting, Finance or related profession
Minimum 2 years working experience on accounting.
Practical experience in AR collection and analysis is a plus.
Sound technical accounting background, highly organised approach and excellent time management skills.
Experienced with foreign company preferred and must speak and write English.
Very good Excel skills and experience.
Ability to work in an autonomous fashion with high self-motivation and quick self-learning skills.
Well developed inter-personal skills and good communication skill. 举报 分享
