Basic Purpose of the Position 职位基本目标
The position is to backfill for Account Receivable Manager’s partial work during project phase.AR supervisor is responsible to supervise and coordinate the operation work in Accounts Receivable management, Intercompany Reconciliation and Credit Control function, and ensures the accuracy and timeliness from team for accounting book and compliance with corporate policy, local policy and regulation. Cooperate with Account Receivable Manager to optimize the process of Accounts Receivable management, intercompany reconciliation and credit control area. Assist Account Receivable Manager to complete relevant projects.
Accountabilities 工作职责
 Supervise and perform day-to-day operation of the Account Receivable;
 Assure the accuracy and timeliness from team for accounts receivable, intercompany reconciliation and credit control operation work;
 Ensure completion of all AR related balance sheet accounts in accounts receivable;
 Ensure timely and accurate financial reports are generated after closing;
 Be responsible for outstanding open items clearing and ensure no overdue items in the monthly reconciliation;
 Perform Credit Control including credit assessment, releasing sales order and minimize the risk of bad debt;
 Cooperate with Account Receivable Manager to optimize the process;
 Review and follow up with team to clear the open items in intercompany reconciliation according to intercompany reconciliation guidance;
 Support relevant audit and provide related information;
 Other duties and ad-hoc assignments from leader

Required Education
Accounting or Finance related, Bachelor
Required Experience 所需工作经验/背景
 3~5 years of Accounts Receivable experience;
 Working knowledge of accounting, credit, collections required；

Advanced Microsoft program (Excel, Pivot Tables, Word, Outlook (Corporate Email), Internet/Intranet) required；
Experience working on SAP in a functional accounting role;
 High levels of verbal and written communication skills;
 Good written & oral English;
