服务描述/ Brief Description and Service Responsibly:
1. Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of customers order with most economy means of shipment
2. Work closely with production scheduler, operation team, transporter, warehouse staff and customers to ensure timely shipment/delivery of orders.
3. Determine product availability after receiving order. run ATP in SAP properly to maximize customer service level;
4. Coordinate with CRR team to handle Customs clearance process
5. Coordinate goods shipping /logistic arrangement.
6. Keep close communication with customer service representative and restock coordinator about product shipping schedule;
7. Support the investigation and corrective actions implementation of customer service complaint
8. Maintain the record of customer order and shipment information.
9. Provide the regular report to management about delivery performance, customers’ order trends, problems and support required
1. 与有关各方协调，确保以最经济的运输方式及时交货。
2. 与生产计划员、运营团队、运输商、仓库和客户紧密合作，确保订单的及时发货。
3. 在收到订单后确定产品的库存。正确地在SAP中运行ATP, 以最大限度地提高客户服务水平；
4. 协调CRR团队处理清关流程
5. 协调货物运输/物流安排。
6. 与客户服务代表和进货协调员密切沟通产品出货计划；
7. 支持客户服务投诉的调查和纠正措施的实施
8. 维护客户订单和出货信息的记录。
9. 定期向管理层汇报交付情况、客户订单趋势、问题和所需的支持。
服务担当技能要求/Skills and qualifications required:
1. Bachelor degree. Major in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or English is preferred, but not a must.
2. SAP or other mainstream ERP software experience is a plus.
3. Good verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office software
5. A good team player.
6. Conscientious, careful attention to detail, patient and good communications
1. 大专以上学历。有供应链、物流、国际贸易或英语专业优先考虑，但不是必须的。
2. 有SAP或其他主流ERP软件操作经验优先。
3. 良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。
4. 熟练使用微软办公软件。
5. 良好的团队合作精神。
6. 认真，耐心细致，沟通能力强。

工作地点：深圳市光明新区光明高新区东片区高新路
工作时间：8:00-16:45，周末双休
