工作时间：周一至周五9:00-18:00

服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Support Franchise Management Lead to identify the business growth opportunities and solutions; drive quality monthly business review to ensure bottler senior leadership team (bottler CEO and key sales and marketing function heads) of sharing common LENS on business performance with PEP
Co-work with multiple supporting functions including beverage consumer and shopper insights, revenue management teams to deliver action-led insights according to the business agenda and cadence.
Support to develop a holistic and evolving execution tracking KPIs incorporating annual bottler initiatives’ status tracking to drive the business and link up with bottler front line incentives.
Deliver source of business growth analysis to support alignment with bottler on long term and annual plan.
Support to tackle regional issues and resolve disputes with bottlers & partners.
Support A&M analysis and efficiency tracking.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and Qualifications Required:
2-3 years working experience, Insights/Finance background will be a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
Excellent computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
Project management : manage and motivate personnel to complete projects –Professional Selling skills
P&L responsibility preferred
Large team responsibility preferred
Distributor management experience preferred
Industry knowledge preferred
Negotiation/problem solving skills
Strong analytical/time management skills
