职位描述：
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Support sales manager for new business award
Maintain internal developing record and internal meeting minutes for FS department
Prepare budgetary offer to customers
Deal with sign off paper and documents with other department
Release purchasing orders per project requirement
Progress contract review & approval process for FS

服务指标/Target:
Individual will be responsible for supporting FS sales team during daily work.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
BS degree
Knowledge of MS Office software
Good at verbal English and German
Experience in Automotive industry a plus
Knowledge of APQP (Industry standard) a plus
Be patient, be careful on paper work
Positive attitude and good nature towards work
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of PC-work

工作地点：嘉定区安亭百安路539号（浦东世纪大道，普陀，长宁闵行，莘庄，松江闵行有班车接送）
工作时间：8:00-16:30
