服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Job purpose:
This position assists the GS-OS BDIS team in China in the delivery of GS-OS BDIS service mainly Facility Management and Operational Procurement in Beijing.

The incumbent will be responsible for office supply, equipment maintenance and other office Facility Management related tasks. Furthermore the incumbent will be in charge of procurement tasks in close collaboration with procurement Shanghai.

This position will be based in Beijing and work closely with GS–OS BDIS Shanghai and Tianjin Branch.

Key activities
Handle maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure incl. IT-Telecom Room
Carry out review and spot-check to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations
Work closely with the business/support units to understand their operational requirements in order to provide faster delivery of FM related services
Assist with detailed floor inspections on a daily basis
Provide standby support in the event of office emergencies/disaster
Support and coordinate office moves in conjunction with the business/support where applicable
Assisting Operational Procurement in Shanghai for all procurement tasks
Assist with any other duties as assigned by Local Head of GS-OS BDIS China or Regional Head GS-OS BDIS Asia

Formal education:
- Formal education (e.g. vocational training, university degree or similar)
Min diploma or equivalent

Specialist knowledge (work experience, futher qualification):
- Work Experience
At least 1 year experience in similar setup
- Further qualification
Facility Management and building infrastructure know-how
Organized and able to prioritize
English at least CET 4
Pleasant personality
Familiar with MS Office especially Excel, Excel Macros and Power Point
Service oriented and understanding of internal customer requirements
