职位描述：
工作内容：
订单发布与处理（根据销售要求提交订单需求，并在需要时进行跟踪）
物流运输跟进（跟踪订单状态，准备shipping相关材料，与客户确认班次，跟踪第三方物流进程，及时与site manager、sales反馈跟进）
Slotting
Submit slot request based on alignment with sales
Tracking and update slot request if necessary
Leverage slot gap between headquarter and account team
Delivery
Tracking milestone of slotting and configuration management status
Tracking preparation necessary before MCSD, such as booking/LC status
Prepare shipping documents including instruction / classification in Chinese to customer before delivery date
Check with customer about flight and move in schedule
Tracking if delivery on time and escalate if any missing
Inform site manager and sales if BKO happen and provide the details
Handle any emergency during delivery

人员要求：
本科及以上学历，具备相关物流经验，英语流利
沟通佳，具有团队精神与服务支持意识
CRM或SAP经验为加分项
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advantage of know Lam’s tools including Etch/Dep
- Advantage of working experience in logistic.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer skill
- Solid interpersonal relations & willing to support
- Familiar with CRM & SAP system will be better
