职位描述：
服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Provide professional customer service to internal and external clients.
China invoice processing, ensure process complies fully with Accounts Payable policies and processes.
Accounting report generating
Support local China invoice filing
Cooperate with tax & legal entity controller on original invoice tracking, reconciliation
Coordinate with indirect tax, cooperate tax, entity controller, corporate service team on local invoice requirement
Team player and willing to work outside of normal business hours
Support management with other activities relating to Accounts Payable

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Asian language skills preferable
Good understanding of China local invoice type and local accounting regulatory
Good understanding of vendor payments and employee expenses
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting environment
Sound knowledge of Company policies and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requires a good and solid understanding of accounting principles
High level system skills especially MS Office applications
Knowledge of Mainframe and related AP applications
