Job Description
SAP system – Call off:
Place call-off in BL SAP system
Download and track delivery note and print out and do paper document filing
PO placement:
check C4 system and see if all the POs have been placed by store level (225
  Hypermarket + 33 Easy stores) – and all of those have matched with the excel file
  which is pre-defined by H.Q level
if found any mis-matching, contact C4 H.Q and also contacting store contacts to revise
  to as requested
revise SAP call-off if found any discrepancy
Logistics Status Follow up:
Check Elee system on the status of receiving by stores
Once the Elee delivery status has been done, check with stores confirming on the
  receiving, and double check if the amount is the same as the PO quantity
If the quantity is different from the PO quantity, the person must call store contacts
  and find out why, and ask Elee to provide the pick up note as signed on-site
Once all have been matched, alert BL Finance department for fapiao issuance
Fapiao issuance:
Once BL finance issue the fapiao, before sending out, check the scanned fapiao PDF and
  check if all the store level details on fapiao is correct and match with the accurate PO
  total amount must be issued
Remark fapiao / delivery note code into SAP for later tracking
Make sure the fapaio has been mailed out and send to the defined C4 fiance center
Check the logistics status of the fapiao mail
Check if the fapiao has been listed on the C4 supplier system and track the payment
  status and confirm with finance on weekly basis
Provide necessary information to finance and AM team if necessary.


服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Profile
Can speak basic English and write in English
Understand SAP system is a plus
Can do basic excel work, and based on below defined job framework, candidate can
  come out with a excel template on this task
Can follow the guidelines as provided and operate the supplier systems from client
  (Carrefour) and its logistics partner (Elee)
Must be detailed minded and capable of communicating with store contacts if required
Can start work mid of June (no later than 23rd of June) and till 31st of Dec
Senior from university and for intern it is fine
