职位描述：
五百强美资-医疗行业【AP Accountant】
工作地点：长乐路989号世纪商贸广场
合同形式：和中智签订，视表现及内部编制可续签或留用

Brief description of service:
1. Be in charge of system encode and approval to make sure all the activities and 3rd party related vouchers are booked into correct account;
2. Be in charge of daily operations of China sales office third party payments to make sure all the payments are in compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements, which includes process monitoring, compliance review and E-Banking process;
3. Be in charge of monthly accrual processes to make sure all occurred expenses can be recorded correctly and on a timely basis;
4. Prepare and review the monthly payable detail report, do the necessary follow up with relevant colleague;
5. Support the internal and external audit, include annual audit, SOX, compliance, monitoring process;
6. Frequently and effectively communicate with business units and supplier chain department ;
7. Actively support other internal Ad Hoc tasks.

Skills and qualifications required:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting;
2. 2to 5 years working experiences in accounts payable management or other relevant /similar accounting areas.
3. Good language capabilities for both English & Mandarin, fluent in both written & spoken;
4. Proficient computer skill on Excel/PowerPoint, and rich knowledge with integrated operational system like SAP, JDE 举报 分享
