服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Through general guidance of UTAS Quality Manager, you will have the responsibility for ensuring suppliers understand UTAS specification and drawing requirements and fully comply to.
To perform inspection at suppliers to insure that shipped products from supplier complies with product specifications and quality requirements.
Document and report inspection findings and results and lead the RRCA event and follow up corrective actions from inspection findings with suppliers.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Excellent engineering drawing interpretation skills.
Excellent inspection skills, well versed in geometric tolerance, and will know how to operate various types of measuring equipment. E.g. Micrometers, Vernier calipers, profile projector, height gauge etc.
Conversant with both metric and imperial measurements.
Able to select the most measuring equipment and advice on improvements as required.
Be able to expertly inspect the parts’ appearance by using the special instruments, such as microscope and internal scope.
Be able to use English to communicate with customers, including writing, reading and speaking.
Preferably have hands-on CMM measuring skill and be able to interpret results.
Able to conduct gage R&R by using short and long forms
Have good knowledge of specialist high accuracy inspection equipment commonly used in high precision manufacturing.
Have good knowledge on equipment calibration, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA). 举报 分享
