Job Description:
1.New Vendor code process
2.Temp. employee Interview arrangement
3.Secure price quotes for new products from existing suppliers
4.Enter purchase requisitions accurately and timely
5.Support the Purchasing team in reviewing and examining purchase requisitions and orders for completeness and accuracy
6.Purchasing related document management (Quotation & PO & Contract)
7.Service or material delivery follow-up
8.Online purchasing related system issues handling
9.Purchasing document management
10.Purchasing related reports writing as requested
11.Monthly financial coordination between suppliers and finance department
12.Purchasing related express management
13.Other purchasing team routine works

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Requirement and qualifications:
1.Bachelor or above degree in business administration, administration assistant or other related area is required
2.Fluent in English writing, speaking and listening
3.Minimum 2 year of working experience, and prefer procurement or semiconductor background
4.Computer networking, MS Office, spreadsheet and database management experience required
5.Good communication skill and can work under high pressure
6.Good at Microsoft PPT, Work, and excel using

上/下班时间：8:30AM-17:30PM
