服务地点/Address: 南京西路688号恒基688广场
服务期限/Service period: 12 month

服务描述/ Brief description of service:
1. Support VF CHINA payroll processes covering both office and retail shop employees with population of around 2000.
2. Support monthly payroll process including payroll data submission, validation, reconciliation, disbursement and closely partner with VF HR team and payroll vendor (Excelity).
3. To ensure all payments are paid out to vendor on time with accuracy.
4. To respond and resolve employee’s inquiries related to payroll with strong customer oriented manner.
5. To support all payroll related projects/process enhancement and complete follow up actions.
6. To support regular or ad-hoc payroll internal and requests.
7. Other tasks assigned by team leader.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1. Bachelor Degree. 本科学历
2. At least 3 years working experience in payroll or C&B field. 在payroll或C&B领域有至少三年工作经验
3. With payroll system experience is preferred. 有工资系统经验的会优先考虑
4. Open minded good analyst skill. 思维敏捷开阔，具有良好的数据分析能力
5. Good command of English includes oral and written. 具有良好的英文口语和写作能力
6. Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel 熟悉各类办公室应用软件，精通Excel并能熟练操作.

参考工资： 税前6000-7000 (一年13薪)
