服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Detailed job description
The Senior Conference Coordinator Role coordinates and supports cell-based internal meetings and external client facing events. Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Work closely with MPS Managers to determine specific needs in support of department objectives.
Support implementation of strategies to continually improve the design and management of Firm conferences and work more efficiently.
Create reports and analysis and employ tools to support recommendations for optimizing locations and leveraging global spend.
Support RFP process by gathering and consolidating data, analysis results and summarizing recommendations.
Manage process for tracking and leveraging historical data and report creation in Ariba and MPS database.
Manage onsite logistics, help train on site support teams and manage materials.
Coordinate services of vendors and supplies onsite.
Manage registration databases, including arrival/departure manifests, hotel room blocks and rooming lists.
Reconcile invoices to budgets and process payments.
Create and maintain preferred supplier database for hotels, restaurants.

5) Excellent customer service skills
Required experience and education
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: 2 years events experience. This person should be familiar with venues in Greater China, be able to do venue searches, negotiate contracts, follow through with arrangements for meetings, check invoices.
Knowledge: Mastery of MS Office and DB management; working knowledge of RFPs and strategic sourcing, managing budgets, and project management.
