职位描述：
工作地点：百安路539号第1、2幢（近宝安公路）
淞虹路、莘庄、世纪大道、人民广场、老闵行提供班车；

职责：
1. Administration
_ Telephone support of Chinese customers, distributors
_ Checking order data, SAP number from customers, distributors
_ Prepare material certificated, product notice and documentation
_ Temporary tasks
2. Sales Support
_ Translation of English documents
_ Preparation of standard quotation to Chinese customers
_ Check materials pricing and surcharge, and re-confirm
_ Check and re-confirm Purchasing Order, Order Confirmation
_ Monitor, verify and co-ordinate with customer on prepayment, LC requirement, banking information,
shipping document before release of shipment.
_ Invoicing (in 2007)
_ Check account receivable status
3. Logistics
_ Familiar with import & export procedure, liaise with forwarders for shipment details, as well as
prepare shipping document for L/C negotiation.
_ Timely provide inventory availability and lead time information.
_ Check Shipping document, Bill of landing until customer received
_ Follow up on shipment status / order confirmation / delivery status / return or faulty parts / missing
shipment, etc.
_ Maintain and update consignment stock record, monitor consignment shipments with scheduled
deliveries.

要求：
College degree or above
Experience in order processing
1-2 years’ experience in general sales administration, minimum 1 years
Good English, written and verbal
Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)
SAP knowledge or experience a plus 举报 分享
