岗位：Creative Service Designer
工作地点：徐汇淮海中路环贸广场（地铁1、10、12号线陕西南路站下）

职责：
1、 Recognized as a design expert within the department and a strategic thought partner within the brand and category.
2、 Develops original design solutions for in-store creatives and communication graphics for retail e***ironments and consumer experiences.
3、 Has a good vision of the brand and a complete understanding of Chinese consumers. Has a high personal standard and the potential to elevate retail brand from a design stand point.
4、 Design, create impact, deliver solutions, explain difficult concepts and the ability to distill down the complex into clear, simple and unexpected communication.
5、 Be a team player, be self-motivated and flexible. Should be process driven but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline driven e***ironment.
6、 Requires strong communication, organizational and visualization skills to maintain original design intent under the pressures of accelerated time constraints and tight budgets.
7、The design process requires collaboration between internal resource team (especially brand communications, retail marketing category leaders), and managing outside agencies and vendors.
8、Ensures actions and decisions protect company image and limits risks.

要求：全日制专科或本科学历，艺术设计类专业毕业，至少3年或以上设计公司或甲方公司设计经验，有零售业经验优先录取，对潮流，时尚有自己独特的见解，之前软件涉及PS、Illustrator、InDesign等 举报 分享
