职位描述：
职责：
1. Provide Administrative support to the Sales Team and serve as a communication link to Customer Service and other internal departments
2. Operate and maintain SAP (order placement) and other ERP systems
3. Filled phone calls and emails from customers, sales reps, and management; answer questions, research problems and take appropriate action to resolve issues
4. Provide relevant business reports bi-weekly, monthly, yearly to the Sales Team on a regular scheduled basis
5. Fulfill other ad hoc tasks as required

要求：
1. With minimum 3 years relevant experience
2. Be familiar with SAP and ERP system
3. Proactive working attitude
4. Good at excel and data analysis
5. Well organized and detail oriented
6. Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and to meet tight deadline.

合同期限：一年。
