服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Daily work statement / Specific sow:
- Retail Excellence. Support HR manager in brand level to closely work with DTC team for all related initiatives, such as renovation in incentive scheme, new talent review process etc.
- JD updates. Take this as one systematic and long term project to well create, update, check and achieve.
- Workday. Support on data accuracy and help to work with HR manager to develop mind set for getting familiar with system and using system proactively.
- HR Reporting. Further standardize and formulize the reporting function in brand level to better support HR OGSTM and business needs. Be responsible for monthly HC, quarterly HC approval process.
- Team Building on yearly basis, including preparation and follow up.
- TNF Culture Program, including but not limited to New Hires Orientation, Town Hall Meeting, Lunch and Learn and Birthday Celebration etc.
- Other project based request in brand level. Like seating plan change due to management team change, HR round table follow up etc.
- Be involved in cross-function discussion and problem solutions actively.
- Support HR manager on Budget/finance tracking & processing.
Overall Goal to Achieve:
Support HR Manager (TNF Asia Pacific) to drive all HR initiatives within brand level, in order to build the brand to be the coolest and most attractive brand to work with.
This personnel is critical in administration and communication part, coordinating with TNF managers on different HR related activities and sharing internally. Execution is the core competency the candidate should possess.

Experience of working for HR function within 3 years.
Good at or at least proactive at communication, result orientated and focus on execution.
English proficiency.
Strong sense on project management and willing to learn.
A developed sense of trend and culture.
